Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days. Delivery times may vary around holidays and monthly drop periods.
Shipping Carrier(s):
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post, depending on order size and address location.
Free shipping on U.S. and Canadian orders over $80
Tracking:
All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to 35 countries.
• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Estimated delivery times listed at checkout.
Lost / Damaged Packages:
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, nailsbyjenz is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. However, please contact us — we are always happy to help wherever we can.
Address Issues:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reship fees.
Returns / Exchanges:
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. We can not resell product that has left our facility and returned due to quality and safety assurance. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
